When you visit the site. Anonymous page statistics: which pages were viewed, the site that sent you, roughly where the visit came from, and the type of device and browser used. This uses no cookies and does not identify you, which is why you have not been shown a cookie banner. We use it to see how the site is used.

Our hosting provider also keeps technical records of requests to the site, which include IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

When you email us. Your name, your email address and whatever you choose to write, so we can reply and deal with what you asked. Where you ask about working with us, it is also taking steps at your request before a contract.

We use a small number of companies to run the business. They act on our instructions and cannot use your information for their own purposes.

Our hosting provider runs the website and produces the anonymous visit statistics. Our email provider holds our mailboxes. Our IT support provider manages those systems for us.
