Privacy notice.

What we do with your information when you visit this site or email us. Last updated 17 September 2026.

01

Who we are

Brand Growth Partners Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15039059. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

We are the data controller for the information described here, which means we are responsible for it and answerable for how it is used. Contact us at info@brandgrowthpartners.co.uk.

02

What we collect, and why

When you visit the site. Anonymous page statistics: which pages were viewed, the site that sent you, roughly where the visit came from, and the type of device and browser used. This uses no cookies and does not identify you, which is why you have not been shown a cookie banner. We use it to see how the site is used.

Our hosting provider also keeps technical records of requests to the site, which include IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

When you email us. Your name, your email address and whatever you choose to write, so we can reply and deal with what you asked. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and building business relationships. Where you ask about working with us, it is also taking steps at your request before a contract.

03

Who we share it with

We use a small number of companies to run the business. They act on our instructions and cannot use your information for their own purposes.

Our hosting provider runs the website and produces the anonymous visit statistics. Our email provider holds our mailboxes. Our IT support provider manages those systems for us.

We may also share information where the law requires it. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.

Some of these companies are based outside the UK. Where that is the case, they are covered by the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as approved contract terms.

04

How long we keep it

Emails. For as long as the conversation is active, then for up to two years after it ends. If it leads to work together, the business records it becomes part of are kept for six years, because HMRC requires it.

Visit statistics. These hold nothing that identifies you.

05

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to us using it, or send it to you in a portable file.

Email info@brandgrowthpartners.co.uk and we will respond within one month, free of charge.

06

Complaints

If you think we have handled your information badly, please tell us first at info@brandgrowthpartners.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it, and tell you the outcome.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Keeping it safe, and changes

The site runs over an encrypted connection, and access to anything you send us is limited to the people who need it.

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
